I must have read this story at least twenty times, and each time it leaves me in tears. There are a few mistakes, typos, but the depth and emotion that your characters have never fails to astound me. We haven't heard from you in a while, and I miss seeing your new stuff! Please keep writing if you can, some of us are addicted ;)

Going through and reading some of your old WIPs and completed stories. Jeeze oh pease, I forgot how amazing your fics were! Where have you been, man! I'll continue re-reading, though.

That was very intese. I loved you last story it made me happy and I love this one too. Thought not because it makes me happy, it doesn't, it's because I was so involved. I was crying about a cat losing her mate... I don't think I've ever cried about a fictionpress story before, that was just so intense.

That was fantastic.

I'm looking forward to the next one.

I love your Chancer series. They are out of this world and each indivudual in the story are simply unique!

I cried when you killed Sock! that was so sad... I had two tuxedo cats, Sassy small and more white than black then Sneakers, her 25 pound brother, he looked a lot like how you described Socks. Good for Jing though. are you going to continue writing more of the last Chance Show? I know I would love to read more about all of the Chancers.

P.S. I have a Siamese and a tabby now but Sassy and Sneakers are still sorely missed.

I have to say, I love your description of Umi, I literally got the chills reading the whole thing. Poor Jing, though, lost Sock too early in their life together.

You're an amazing story teller. At first I thought it was another romance, but Umi was such an impossible character to like, I wondered how you could possibly turn it into a romance. You didn't, and the story was better because of it. Thank you. Please continue your original works. Again, amazing.

Scribe, I swear, your writing gets better everytime I read it. I'm still teary even as I write this and had to do some fast talking to my mate heh. He thought something was wrong. But it's okay now.

Umi got what she deserved, and I'm so happy it was Jing-Jing that gave it to her.

Will there be more Chancer stories? I sincerely hope so.

Yikes. You sure weren't kidding about the darkness and cruelty - much as Umi didn't have a happy past, her personality is just too damn unpleasant for anyone to feel pity for her. And poor Sock! That last line really made me tear. I'm guessing Callie's reaction won't be pretty either, so that's another vengeful female in the making?
