i was giggling like a giddy schoolgirl while reading this. the whole thing is so funny and a little bit touching. finn and frankie are so fucking cute and awkward together, it's heart-warming. and the narrator is so snarky and down-to-earth and hilarious - it was really cool to see the story unfold through a third party's point of view.

So I don't have any kind of awesome review, but anything's better than nothing, right? I like your characters very much. *laughs* I think the family-premiss you worked up is also fun... though I have to say it took me a long time to realize the narrator was a girl. I loved the DQ smack-down. *laughs* Nice.

Oh this story was sweet. Well no, actually sweet isn't the right word. It was absolutely crazy, just as crazy as that family. I am still laughing liek crazy about the ending, "all you need is love" haha oh man :D

No really I loved every part of it. I loved the craziness, the brokenness of that family, the fact that they aren't anywhere near perfect, AND I love the fact that Frankie is a commie, I gotta say, I really like him a lot more for that.

Because the aren't enough stories about communists or anarchists and well, I really miss that. It's only preps and jocks and nerds or something, neevr people who are alternative, activists, or militant activists even. I think that makes the story oh so much more interesting and real, cause that is a side of our world that not many like to show.

AND I loved the narrator. They are just so real, the fact that she barely shows how much Finn mean to her actually, the fact that they all have so many problems, it is just the raw reality of some people. And still despite it all you see that somewhere between all that they still manage to find happiness :)
