I really liked this chapter and I thought it was good length, not too short. But I liked how you switched perspectives, I'm not mad! Haha. I like reading in Varner's POV as much as Codie's POV.

And I thought this chapter was well written I could just picture the whole scene in my head. I was surprised by how vivid the scene of Codie's dreams in my head. I loved her last dream where she was dancing/laughing with Jason and Varner had a girl in his arms. Nicely done.

Plus, even though this story is still a mystery it's not confusing at all to me. I really like it and am intrigued by who this Marc and Tyler people are. I want to desperately know who the boy was that saved Varner and Codie. And I desperately want to know where Jason is! I really hope he didn't get captured. And I can't believe Codie is in a coma and I'm dying to know where Varner is going to be heading.

Hi! I'm new to this site, (an hour new, to be exact) and this fic is the first one I stumbled across and I'm very happy it was! I've only just finished the first chapter and I'm already hooked.

Man, having seven brothers would suck, especially over protective ones like that. I have four brothers, and three sisters, so I know what being in a large family is like.

I really enjoy how you write, it flows really well and it didn't seem slow to me at all. I'm going on to the second chapter now!
