| St. Clair chapter 28 . 3/6/2010 I have just read this in one sitting and it's brilliant. I like how you've expanded from just detentions to everyday teenager life, and Judd is a badass with a heart for sure. It contrasts well against Sadie's shyness - I like Sadie because whilst she's mild-mannered, she's strong and not a pushover. Whenever your characters interact it just seems natural; the latest chapter was amazingly sweet and I'm still in awe of how it managed to stay away from being vomit-inducingly mushy. It was just very cute, kinda bittersweet really, with Judd's explanation of his father's abuse. I really feel for him and I hope that Sadie can help him pull through the abuse. I love this, can't wait for more :) |
