|Reviews for Pyrite|
| Calliope Foster chapter 1 . 11/11/2009
This poem was exceptionally awesome! There were three lines that I absolutely loved:
She can’t be you; she’s too refined
Soaking in the light where you would have shined
I was actually taken aback by the former two lines, that just shocked me at how incredibly insightful and ironic the rhyme was. You can probably guess my other favorite line was!
Her heart is pyrite, yours was gold
Awesome. I applaud you!
| Anna Christie chapter 1 . 11/1/2009
Ahh, awesome! The last line is so striking too. Comparing the two metals like that and how the one is gold and the other you just ignore because you know it could never be as good as the other. Am I rambling? Well I loved this poem just the same!
