Aw poor garl :( I hope things are a little less intense with them from now on. And that was way okay. The drama was at a very good level the whole time.

Wasn't sure if it inspired you for this aspect of the story, but was maddie's rape based on the tv movie Speak with Kristen Stewart? If you haven't watched it, you really should! Basically this chapter is that entire movie. Maddie's character in the beginning of this story is very similar to Kristen's. Glad this part of maddie's past is out of the way. Looking forward to the next chapter, this story is really great :)

Because she needs coverage. And I feel mad on her behalf because of the people at her school talking about her situation like they know what happened. But they don't...
