I really loved this chapter! It seemed like such a great adventure! Gods I love this story! I never know what to expect next, for example, I didn't think Lily would agree to marrying Sorin's father!

Heh, I had a feeling it would be the father she would marry to. Well I would have said no, but I'm not Lily. I almost hope that she elopes with Rune!

Squee! I completely loved this chapter! It was exciting and I really liked the part when Rune washed her hair in the water, it was so sweet and that scene instantly made me like him more. I may be rooting for Rune slightly more, but that's because I hate cocky guys. Lucien has the dark bad-boy appeal though, and who doesn't like a guy in a band? But I've dated enough bad boys to go for the caring, sweet kind guys now! They should always win in the end I think. ;) And omg consort...!

Wow I am completely taken by Rune's character...I really can see myself liking him!

I love that Alec has an eye patch! Seems sexy. So I am definitely getting a Cersei\Jamie Lannister vibe here, but one sided of course. What could Alec possibly be thinking I wonder?

I love this story! Even though its only part way through, I feel completely addicted! This story, and its prequel are absolutely amazing: plot, mystery, hot vampires, and great writing- everything needed to make the perfect book!

Great chapter :) I think the ritual sex is a good scene myself,but I agree with you in the footnote when you said it was too crude. The nephelim are very prim and proper, and it seems like this doesn't fit. Then again, it is an ancient ritual. Maybe you could add in some more shock for the crowd? Or a note about some questioning the suitability? Great job though!

Wow Ive been reading the first book again, you really are a great writer :) I really really want to find out what's with the brother! He's not related to Lily and he's attracted to her? And who are Lily's parents? Who will Luce, not to mention rune kill when they find out lily is engaged? The questions keep going. And this, your ability to keep me hooked over what, I first found this in 2010, is proof that you are a great author :) I def wish there was more of it but that's alrite :P

Wow new chapters! Like a late Christmas present! They were good :) I think sometimes there's a bit too much detail in fight/running scenes, and not enough in the crux of the story (like when is lily going to tell Luce about rune or her engagement?, and what about her spirit wolf side). I also got the impression her wolf makes her an entirely different person almost. Keep writing please! I love this series!

These two chapters made my new year. The first time I checked my email this year, and an alert for this story showed up. They're both great. Just wondering, are Lily's human friends going to show up in this book? Or will she ever go back to that bar from the first book?

Oh my god! I've been waiting for updates forever. Lol It's like falling in love with the characters all over again. I was hoping they'd make sexy time sometime soon. I felt it'd be at least 10 chapters before getting any closer to that. I'm so glad I was wrong. :D
