I love this!
| Isca chapter 4 . 1/30/2010
"This clearing we come to [...] this room, that bed." I swear I know this feeling; it's like a cold chill, a haunting, a nightmare that won't leave you in the morning. I love this line!
| Isca chapter 3 . 1/24/2010
"Turquoise eyes like lightning." I've never heard anyone describe lightning as "turquoise" before. I love it. Turquoise is one of my favourite colours too. :)
| Isca chapter 2 . 1/19/2010
"Little One?" God. Just wow. I love the tone of this line. The question mark makes the tone so terrifying and chilling.

Great! Loved it!
"Sweet little girl with her
hair loose and pin-straight.
It spills over her shouders
like a lion's mane."
| Isca chapter 1 . 1/11/2010
"Beneath a sheet, a whisper, I hear her stir." This line is quite impactful. Whew. I just love "Patience," you know? She's such a dear-heart. Such an innocent being. :)

I like last stanza. It's interesting because I'm not 100% sure if the She is a personification of patience or it's an actual person. Either way fits well.
The descriptions are really great. I especially love the second two lines of the second stanza. Really powerful description.
