He's so sweet for not pushing her to tell him anything and letting her take all the time she needs but I like that she's comfortable enough with him now and actually wants him to know. but since Damien kept hanging off of him and insisting, Nathan just sighed and let him through his barrier. - he he, kind of a mirror action of what he's been doing to Addison

Nathan carried more of the bad boy, dark demeanor that had girls swooning in an unruly way. - oh yeah, girls do go for the bad boy don't they, I know I did a few times

I think I like Damien, I love the way he bugs Nathan, just cracks me up

He just wanted a onetime fuck, and to never hear from her again. - well at least he knows what he wants, now the question is does he share that info right out front with the girl, my guess would be yes knowing his personality

Harshly, the kinds who were only good for a lone one night stand. - a bit repetitive here, I think you could take out "a lone" and it would still read just fine. and considering what he wants he should be taking more notice of these girls so he can find them at the party later

People seemed to be undressing and making out on the coaches, although he was guilty to doing that in the past. A nice room somewhere upstairs was his preferred spot, though. - I'd stop the first sentence after "couches" (check spelling btw) and make the second half part of the second sentence, oh and "guilty of" I think

But somehow, he felt a sudden and painful drop in his stomach when he realized…that he could recognize those gorgeous crimson curls from anywhere. - oh poor Addie, but I love that he reacts this way though

After those three years, void of any contact, she simply called and thought that Addison would take her back and pretend like nothing happened? - OH WOW, now that would be a major shock to the system

because she didn't want her dad to pick up one time and criticize her friends. - good move on her part

But…she hadn't heard that voice for three whole years. And, oh, how she had missed it, despite that everything in her mind was telling her to become completely hostile with her mother. - poor Addison, I can't imagine feeling that conflicted. I would be really curious to know what her mother wanted to say though I have to say I'd hang up on her too

Nathan didn't really converse with many other people, so Addison was drawn in. Why did he become friends with the jock, of all people? - she just can't help herself can she, no matter what Nathan intrigues her

But, since that horrible day, when Addison came home from school, raw at the age of fourteen, and realized that her mother wasn't there to greet her with a warm smile, Addison vowed not to let herself trust again so easily. - really I just feel so for Addision, I really just want to hug her. I want her to find someone (um hello Nathan) to trust, and have that person not let her down (and if he does I'm gonna pull him out of your story and hurt him)

Not once did he pull away from her, even if the cries got more violent. - this reads a little odd maybe it should be "even as" or "even when"

"Don't say sorry," he interrupted, roughly. "Don't ever be sorry for that. I just need to know that you'll be okay." - I love this boy, faults and all I love him, he's so good inside

ok I love the end of this chapter. I ahve to say I was worried when he found her crying in the bedroom, I was worried she'd been at the party with Kevin and he'd done something to her, TG that wasn't it. Excellent job.

phew. I feel so relieved! when I got to the part about Nate opening the door and finding Addison crying, I was like...oh shiznits. NOT GOOD. I honestly thought she had been, like, sexually violated or something...though the 'my mother called after years of no contact' is more of a plot-furthering thingy. device, or whatever. haha. good story, can't wait for more :)
