I think you're right, if there's an award for 'most awkward smut scene' this story deserves to win it ;} I'm pretty sure I read the original a long time ago, but don't remember-it would be pretty awful to be spitting out jewels and flowers all the time...unless you had a hot prince to distract you!

Well I have to say that I think this story is great! Talking cabbage... I'm glad you took that out, it sounds very strange. It could be interesting I suppose. I like in your story how Felix still cares for his sister even though she's obnoxious. Kudos!

Love this! My entire middle school experience was spent reading those colored Fairy Books. Thank you for bringing back such marvelous memories (in such a marvelous manner!)
