Just finished chapter 17. Needless to say, I'm still loving the story. I'm finally starting to relate to Rowan better. I didn't think that would ever happen.

I just loved the exchange between Kona and Rowna - especially the line where Rowan says he's going to continue what he's doing so he doesn't become a bitch like Kona.

I thought I'd die laughing when I read that line.

Just a superb story! I'm really enjoying it. Your characters are excellent. I've never met anyone like Rowan, but he's totally believeable.

This chapter was somehow adorable, funny and heartbreaking at the same time. My favorite quote is definitely the line where Rowan "comforts" his cats for having one parent. I laughed and then I realized how sad it was. It's such a Rowan thing to do. I think that's my favorite thing about this story, the characters, especially Rowan because he's terrible yet somehow you understand and root for him. Anyways, thank you for this story.

This story is so awesome! Total drama that kept me on edge throughout the story!

I'm unsatisfied when characters aren't lovable/interesting or act to damn stupid, but in this case I think every last one of you characters is super interesting and lovable and even the ones that act stupid really aren't so stupid in the end.

liked the chapter! agree about Dom being silly. She seems to be a bit smooth - and at the moment her motivations don't seem clear. and you'd have thought everyone would be asking her about the crucial questions - or she would have offered the explanations straight away.

and doesn't seem like Avalon should say yes to the dinner, surely that's obvious.

The entire part with Jacqueline was perfect. Everything I thought would happen but better. Although, I can't believe she's living there now. Also, I feel like she's using poor old Dom to get to her son; so I still want him to get with Chance's mum! I don't know how long Rowan can keep up being mean but I don't think it'll be all that long seeing as she does seem to be his match.

I love the interations with randoms too! It's so cute to read about him getting all sentimental with the people in his life.

You never have a boring chapter... I like that :)

Hello! I dont pity Rowan mom. Seriously, she deserve to ears the truth ... in 15 years she had no give news(even not a letter). I don't understand why you try to make her sympatic but that don't work. OK, she had probably her reason but she dosen't deserve pity.

This might be the only time I'd actually like people to forgive and forget. Forgive her for what she has done and forget she exists at all!

Also, why is Dom being such an idiot? "I can be whatever you want me to be if you'll just come back to me." *rolls eyes* He needs to grow some balls and throw * her out after she explains why she left!

It really will be quite sad if Jacqueline just waltzes back in to their lives.

first of all...a chapter from you can never be too long...second, this was amazing. i loved it. i dont know if it was because i havent read this for quit some time, but i am telling you that you did a fantastic job. loved the tension and the drama, cant wait for more ;)

Sorry but I feel no sympathy for Jacqueline at all. None! I cheered Rowan when he lost it on her. I was all, "GET HER, ROWAN!" She deserved worse than that! And now she'll have poor Dom wrapped around her finger again. That's too bad. Hopefully you let Rowan vanquish her and purge the pain she caused from his system so he can finally be happy with Avalon.

This is by far my favorite slash story. I love the chapter lengths, and even your longer update times are not too bad!

The story is just amazing. I wish I could offer any criticism, I will have to reread and think some more.

Oh man, I really don't like how easily Dom forgived her. How can he still be in love with her after all this? And who is he to decide to help her win Rowan over? That's Rowan's decision! And only his! He should've told Jacqueline she was on her own... seriously. I'm pretty angry that he gave in so easily. But I guess love does that to you & all that jazz. I don't think she'd leave him again but still, you can't just get over things like that.

Plus, Rowan's right, what's the point of her now? He's already old. Who cares if she's around the house now? He'll probably move out in a few years anyway.

I'm just really mad at her. -_-

Good chapter. I'm glad Rowan's warming up to the fact that Avalon loves him. And I really hope they talk this whole fixing people thing over because it IS a legitimate reason to be afraid he's going to leave after everything. Avalon is pretty good at fixing messes, but I really hope he sticks with this mess. :D
