Holy Water Lords, do I love this universe that you've created. I read this story just over a few weeks or so back and I held off on reviewing it then because my head was just so full I was afraid I wouldn't get out the things that were actually important to me about this story. Since then however my mind has been plagued by random up-croppings of thoughts about this piece, most of them centering around the frases 'God that was a good story.', and 'I wish I new more about the rea'lire birthing process.'

Honestly, this piece has tantalized and entraped my mind like few others have ever done. I would seriously advocate(support?)you trying to get this turned into an actual novel. I really think you could make money off of it,(at least i know i'd buy the book0 because to me this dose stand at novel worthy statous. Maybe it's not your conventional bookself story but that is why I love it. Not to mention the fact that I'm obsessed with M-preg, and though this technicals isn't, it's close enough for me.

Seriously though, I love the characters, and I love the dual-gender and egg idea. I'm still a bit unsure weather to consider them more reptilian or amphibious in nature tthough. Likewise I'm still confused as to how long the egg is carried traditionaly, as in comparison to Gales pregnancy and that of human females, then how long until it hatches. I'm also curious as to the size of the egg upon coming to light, wondering if that has anything to do with the pain.

Ok, here's a stupid question, if the rae'lire are very advanced medicaly, then how come they don't seem to have any pain numbing drugs for the birthing fen. That would seem a good idea to me. Alright, I think I've said enough, this isn't ment to sound like a rant I'm just really curious and I think to much. I know it's all a bit jumbled but I would love it if you could respond to this review and give me answers to some of my questions. Much anime love for you and your story. ~bye bye~

I'm not enough fluent in English to comment about your writing but I know that I found this story comprehensible, fluid.

I read the side-story about the High priest, it's can 'explain' certain thing, but never 'excuse'.

The only minor critic that I have to say, it's about what I already comment, in chapter 2, the difference between seasons and cycles remain unclear, after relecture. A little confusing. You explain them on chapter 9, too late in my opinion. And...maybe correct the difference of ages between Gale, Tha'rane and Leh'ar (chap. 2 et 9).

I see that you want to write a prequel/side-story-ish about Ja'le/Garen and a side-story about Gartol...Selfishly, I strongly encourage thees wonderful ideas.

I'm in the middle of reading your story so I'm not going to really comment immediatly. It's just that I have a question.

On this chapter, Leh'ar is 31 seasons, he have a brother who is only ten seasons that can barely walk and only Gale is younger than him at the temple.

But in chapter two you say that Gale was 12 seasons and that Tha'rane was only one cycle older than him.

What's the truth?

I don't want to bother you, it's because it's not logical.

Hey remember me? I know, it's been a while...and I definitely don't feel up to giving epic reviews anymore, like I did last time. So sorry about that. :(

I haven't bothered rereading the previous 15 chapters, so I found myself a little lost at the beginning...thankfully, nothing all that plot important really happens. Well, ok, kind of, because it's Ny and Gale's first night together. I like the nice, slow pacing to it. It's a bit overblown but very /real/ feeling at the same time.

I'll admit that I wasn't turned on by the sex scene, which kind of disappointed me because when I read smut I read it to be turned on. I mean, I'm perfectly ok with people writing scenes that are more emotional than sexual, which is what you went with here; I just don't like them that much. Nonetheless I think it was very well written, though somewhat difficult to understand. Perhaps if I had a better understanding of rae'lir anatomy?

And finally, dear lord, FINALLY Ny opens up. I'm hoping that Gale goes out there and smacks around the High Master some, though I take by the fact that there's still 10 chapters to go that he'll encounter some difficulties in doing that? All the same, it's good that the main characters are finally doing something about it. Gale knows, he's going to help Ny, they're /together/ (which is probably the best thing that could happen to Ny right now). Things are going to take an upswing...I hope. But since the first chapter I've been waiting for someone to love Ny and I'm glad that it's finally happening.

...well, it did turn out epic anyhow. _ Whadda ya know.

Such a sweet end. I'm sad too and I hope to see more of the children. They are so cute.

Ny came such a long way, I'm really proud on him for standing up for himself and glad that he found his happiness. It had been quite a journey, wasn't it?

It was a girl! Man, despite my comments about Ny'ale sounding like a girl's name, I had no idea this was coming. I think it was an awesome way to go with the story.

This chapter as a whole was just fantastic. Ny'ale needs her own story or at least further appearances in one-shots and such. She's so awesome! I love how, just like her grandfen, she asked to keep another person.

This chapter was a wonderful conclusion to a wonderful story. I'll miss 'IB update' e-mails. I'm hoping your new story will console me... no pressure :)

Even though it is the ending of this story and I'm very sad to see it go, I can't help but feel all warm and fuzzy! This chapter was truly sweet. I kept saying "AW!" and a couple of times I got teary eyed. I love Ny' ale! She is most definitely like her Fen and Papa. It will be sad that such a beautiful little girl will have to go through all those trials... You'll be nice to her right? Who am I kidding? lol At least she'll have little Stel' ar! .~

By the way, the ending made me howl with laughter! Ny' ale is just like her Grandfen when saying "Can we keep Stel' ar?"

So your planning on writing more stories about these characters huh? I hope you post them soon! I really want to read what Ny' ale's life will be like. after all she is the first female rae' lir. I wonder what her genetics will give her telepathically wise.

This was a really beautiful story and you did brilliant work on it! The title "Beginnings" really does fit this chapter well because it didn't feel like the end to the story at all, just that Ny and Gale's adventures has ended and their daughter's begins.

Again, brilliant work! . I don't know what else to say because I'm still processing all of the emotions from this chapter! I look forward to reading their next adventures!

Yay, the little Ny'ale is sweet :) And yeah, best of both worlds. I'm glad everything has worked out so wonderfully. I'm truly sad to see this story end because it's soo heartwarming, deep and good. It's as if Ny and Gale aren't fictional characters but my own best friends whom I visit occasionally. It's hard to say good-bye while I really want to go on reading. Thank you for the wonderful time writing this world into life. (I'd say breathing it to life, but I guess writing is more apropriate here :))

I saw that you updated, and couldn't wait for work next week to read what happened... I think this is a VERY strong ending, a good conclusion overall, touching on what has happened to who (mostly) and tying up a lot of loose ends in a very smooth manner. I have read a LOT of stories, and I honestly think this is probably one of the better endings. Last chapter you left us with a cliff hanger, which was neatly resolved, and overall concluded here. Bravo my friend, bravo.

I was heartened to find out that Nyla was finally able to do something about "the sperm donor". Chuckles

I do feel bad the Ny was never able to come to an understanding with his father, but the man is so blinkered and bigoted, he'll never be able to see beyond his own greed and hate - which is very sad.

I know you are not evil enough to just leave it at that... you MUST be planning on updating sometime on Wednesday, a 'super bounus' or something, for us, your fans... I know you wouldn't leave us all hanging for MORE than a week to find out what has made Gale panic... gods, please.
