I like the family just as much as Adonis does! They are indeed funny.

You are a very good author. Not to be offensive, but I just can't peice it all together... I can't decide what makes this story so good, it's very different from most other stories I consider really satisfying in all the ways I hold standard.

I remember you hinting that due to the nature of this story it could go on for the proverbial "forever"... I'd like that. :)

Although this was a very good ending note for the chapter, I must say. If you didn't work on it for some time I doubt that readers would feel short-changed. I know I feel, if not complete, at least completely satisfied with the work at this point.

I love the relief factor - knowing that Adonis feels something more than companionable toward Heenan... or maybe it's just a feeling. After all, being afraid for a companion's well-being is pretty standard.

I feel pretty comfortable in thinking that these two have a deeper connection than companionship at this point though. :)

You do a very astouding job of creating your characters, I don't know how you do it because when I think about things like description or dialogue or personality singularly they seem to fall flat but your characters really do come out to be very rounded individuals! _ I especially like Portia.

But Heenan's question rings true for me, does Red Lanter hire thier own product? I mean, seriously, all of thier employees are beautiful. What gives? :P

This is a really cute story! Even though the smut didn't get very good until the tantric sex ;] I am enjoying it nonetheless and I appreciate your skill as an author. A-

I went into the scifi section only for the first time yesterday, and actually just scrolled past this. But the other stuff didn't really interest me - and boy, am I glad I gave this a go. I don't know what I love more - the surprisingly detailed scifi, or the noncommital episodic format. It was really easy to pick up your story and stay interested. I get an immense Firefly vibe from Space Jocky, and not just in the sense of the hauler setting. I dunno, for someone without a main arc, you've created a very detailed universe. And although I'd love to see some real tense situations - like say - space pirates, or a pending hull failure that would lead to explosive decompression (muhahaha), I'm quite content with the pacing and atmosphere. Awesome fic!

Heenan and Adonis' relationship is how I would imagine a functional nymphomaniac in love with a staid working gentleman would be in its ideal. I really like how real you create the relationships between your characters are. They are the kinds that would last. Tis truly enlightening and encouraging.

Really sweet one. They compliment each other quite nicely. I really like the fantastic detail you've put into this world and you mix the danger, mystery, sex and romance well.

Heenan is a total sucker for Adonis, I think it's sweet.

I really like this story. IT's fabulous in so far you are doing a really nice job in fleshing out this universe, and gradually bringing out the characters more. Can't wait to read more. :)
