| she smolders chapter 1 . 3/3/2010
Yeah we have all been there are some point and lately I've been keeping all my words to myself.
Because words are powerful and painful and the truth is sadder too.
Great job with this.
| Isca chapter 1 . 2/19/2010
"Unraveled sweater pockets." There's something profound about this image. I don't know why, but I like it nonetheless.
"Like slow music." Beautiful.
"And it's cold on the bed." Ah, good tone: loneliness.
"The words so still, quiet." I love this line. :D
"So she breathes in the moments like they are all she has left
anymore." This is the best line from the piece; what a powerful/impactful simile!

You move around a lot in this piece. The opening felt very matter-of-fact ex: This is the writer/This is what she is wearing/This is what she is feeling and then you move into the background of the emotions and images that you've just professed. I liked: "A prodct of too much literature" there are a select few people who can say that with any kind of credance and I think you manage it well, it's also very relatable to any series writer out there. I also enjoyed the section about the films, because it feels very relevent to a population who sadly watches more tv than reads books. Nice job.
