Afterward, the family felt guilty about it and named her and got her a gravestone in order to deal with the grief. "I'd do it all different if I had the chance, but all I've got are these roses to give, and they can't help me make amends." "Now that it's over, I just want to hold her." Considering that this story was about a pregnant couple who thought about aborting, it's almost perfect. Lucy is their Lucy, given her second chance :) Nice job. I read this in two days. Onto the sequel! |
