![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, so, I just thought I'd review on this random chapter because OMIGOD LES MISERABLES IS LIKE MY FAVORITE MUSICAL EVER THE MOVIE IS THE BEST! Okay, I'm done. |
![]() ![]() OMG ur book is EPIC , is there a sequel 4 it coz I wanna read it |
![]() ![]() This is also one of my favorite chapters. The way Seth and Mira were all over each other even though their relationship hadn't become official yet is pretty entertaining. It's also great that Mira can turn to Jamie for advice about dealing with being pregnant. Seth's character arc about his father is also a really good plot device. I like how you set up all of the characters, and they all have a reason for being the way they are. They're not one-dimensional, absolutes like a lot of characters in amateur stories are. Some writers would make Seth promiscuous and douchey just for the sake of him being promiscuous and douchey, only to have Mira's pregnancy change him, but his tortured past with Joseph and Carolyn gives a completely logical reason as to why he'd be the way he was. Reading this story over again is always fun. I remember things that I forgot from the first time around, but I always remembered this chapter. Out of all of them, I think I re-read this one the most. It seems to be the one that resonates more than the others. |
![]() ![]() Just making good on my promise to leave you a few reviews. This chapter may be my favorite one. I especially loved it the first time I read through the story. The kissing scene was just perfect. All of the bottled up emotions between Mira and Seth were amazingly transitioned into words. It's strange how I can imagine the scene the exact same way every time I read it. Some stories don't jump off the page and become real, but your writing does exactly that. The make-out scenes in "Ascension" are great too, but I think you completely nailed it here. In fact, I kind of wish this was a TV series, or a movie or something. I love your collages, too. Sarah Michelle Gellar playing Leda, and Nina Dobrev playing Jamie is perfect. It's really easy to imagine them in those roles. This might sound a little weird, but even though I know you envisioned Ashley Benson portraying Mira, I always picture Emily Browning playing her. I guess it's because I never really watched anything with Ashley Benson in it. But, whatever. Who really cares, right? Anyway, I'm gonna keep reading now. Expect to get a few more reviews. |

![]() ![]() ![]() Poor Seth, stupid Jack |
![]() ![]() I think it's a good thing that she is not going to live with Seth. She really needs to be at a place she can call 'home' because this is going to be a hard time. Really love ur story! |
![]() ![]() Yay! This is my first review (sorry for that). From the start of this story i really hoped they would keep it! And now they will! Oh my gosh, yay! Really love your story. Well done! |
