Just a little bit of advice, I'd include some more narrative and descriptions. The dialogue's fine, but to add some more emotion and stuff I'd describe the setting a bit more.

I haven't read any further yet, but I really found the structure intriguing. I loved it with the intervals and the explanations. My stories are around teenage pregnancies too, but it's what you make of the story!
