I enjoyed it-I like the idea and I gotten the sense of character of the mother, and how her daughter looked up to her, only problem is two things.

1:She was generally religious and this is coming from her writing pov, so she should have been caping the gs.

2:C.E and BC where not used in Romans times, the year was called Year of the Consulship of Isauricus and Pulcher(at least according to wikipedia.)

I sincrely enjoyed your story. It felt that I was reading an authentic journal from a Pompeii survivor.

It was purely riveting.
