Why is the question on everybody's lips when things happen that they cannot comprehend. This is definitely one of those situations.

This saddens me on a deeper level than most things. I guess we've just forgotten what it was like to be discriminated against ourselves, forgotten the horror of slavery, the holocaust, even the camps America had for the Japanese and such when Pearl Harbor was bombed. Or, maybe people just don't make those relations, they feel they are justified. As did Hitler, and colonists. But I ramble, my apologies. This is an excellent piece, I am glad there are people out there that realize the true sadness of this all. Thank you for writing

Discrimination is disgusting and pathetic; I wish people could grow beyond hurting others to make themselfs look better.
