I enjoyed reading your story. You are right. It was similar to the movie Avatar, but I thought maybe with a little Alice in Wonderland thrown into the mix. My only problem was your plot around the whole "arranged marriage" seemed to be a little shakey. I don't understand how they could snatch humans and marry them that same night when they lived on the surface. If humans knew they existed, wouldn't a war start from them snatching women? I don't know. Maybe you did explain it but I might not have grasped the concept clearly. Other than that and a few typos, I loved it. :)

So different and awesome, I enjoyed it, besides the need for a bit of grammar and word corrections (you wrote except instead of accept in chapter four and small other words such as that) it was amazingly written! Wow, what an amazing world you created in this story. The way you described it was so perfect that I could just picture it in my head. By revealing the Vidarian's history you made this world seem very realistic and I can tell that you put a lot of thought into it!

I really enjoyed all of your characters, even Shea. They all seemed very complex and three-dimensional and created a great dynamic in your story. Alison was an awesome main character. She was strong, quick-witted, determined, kind, and she didn't let anyone mess with her! The love interest between her and Qwinn, although it happened in only about two weeks, seemed very plausible. You did a good job of actually showing the reader how and why they're falling in love with each other so it didn't feel rushed at all.

You did have a few small errors here or there but nothing that really took away from the story. Also, the first few chapters when she was still with her uncle seemed a tad bit rushed at times.

All in all, I really enjoyed it! :)

I've been less than impressed in recent years by the general quality of work around FictionPress. But this, this story was a fantastic find.

You did a spectacular job developing a realistic progression for Qwinn and Allison. It felt a little repetitive around Chapter 19/20, but I think overall each chapter effectively contributed to creating a believable relationship! I've seen various versions of this plot, but I think you did a good job here. Your world is unique, and I think you include enough details and background to provide color to your story's setting.

You have a very nice writing style and overall, a clean manuscript. You have some scattered spelling mistakes and homophones like feat/feet that need to corrected, but a quick edit could catch most of those errors.

I like Allison as a character. She was dynamic, smart, yet vulnerable. Qwinn was a little dry for me (at times), mostly because he knew from the beginning he loved Allison, but he was an adorable male lead who was easy to root for. :)

I really enjoyed this story, and it is has earned a place on my good list. You definitely deserve more reviews than this. I hope the sequel is equally fantastic.
