I completely agree with you on the Wiccanism point - JK said, once and for all in Deathly Hallows, that many of the characters did believe in the God, and some were definitely Christian.

However, the sources you used to analyse Dumbledore's homosexuality are pretty flaky. Both you and Rothstein are wrong - if you go back and reread the books it is obvious from the beginning, if you know what you are looking for. In the sixth film, director David Yates adds a whole scene when Harry and Dumbledore are in the Tube station just to explain this to the Mudbloods (fans who only see the movies but don't read the books).

Even more, I definitely disagree with Ms Regina Doman. The neglect of Ariana was nothing to do with Dumbledore and Grindelwald being gay. They were just more interested in each other and their communist manifestoes than her wellbeing. If Grindelwald had been female, Dumbledore would still be drawn to her, not just sexually, but for the ideas and dreams that they shared about the 'Greater Good'. JK would never sink so low as to condemn someone for their leanings, and try and encourage others to do so in her works.
