Okay so I've read rejected quite a few time on Wattpad and you have no idea how happy I was to dins your page here because this is absolutely amazing. Even better than rejected, I love love love your writing. I know you're not active and probably won't see this but I just needed you to know.

REGRETABLE chapter 33 . 5/30/2020
I LOVED THIS STORY SO MUCH!

it was so good, what a great story. It had wonderful twists and Jza was incredible. I love the romance (I know on one chapter you noted this type wasn't your favorite, but you did it the right way, for sure)

Love it - can't wait to check out the rest of your work!
Day2Dreamer chapter 33 . 12/21/2019
Wow, just: wow! I had an amazing time reading this story (and some of your others!) earlier this year, and was re-visiting it because it was just so memorable! I didn't review the first time because I assumed you'd written and completed this story long ago (it was started in 2010!), but I've only just realised that you actually posted the epilogue earlier this year, and updated your other ones, which means you're still active, and that's incredibly exciting and totally deserves a review!

There don't seem to be so many authors who are still coming up with new work on this site, so it's really wonderful to have seen your updates. I love the way you write and the way you weave your stories; it's been a fantastic experience!

Here are some of the things I loved about Bonded:

- Jza's character. I loved that you made her such a powerful and strong female - she had a couple of tiny moments of insecurity (grieving when left in the bathroom by herself; wondering what to do about her sisters on her own, etc... actually, it was kind of hard to come up with examples. Maybe she was a little too flawless? Although that definitely wasn't something that bothered me while I was reading this - if anything, it was nice to have a main character with whom I wasn't constantly frustrated, and whom I could wish to be like ;) ), but she was extremely capable, loyal and caring, and always wanted to do the right thing. I adored her!

- Tarquin's character. Lol, it's always fun reading about a talented, intelligent and confident male who knows what he wants and how to get it. If only he existed in real life! The wonderful bit to the story, however, is that you made Jza every bit as amazing as him, so it felt like it was absolutely reasonable that a man with his capabilities would be enamoured with someone as spirited as her.

-I also loved the backstory that you added to give him a reason for why he chose to storm the castle and why he wouldn't force Jza into anything she didn't want. His protection and unspoken devotion to Jeza made me sappily go "aww" every time! So did the:
- him taking bites of food first to give her peace of mind from the poison (I feel strange saying I found that really romantic in the story, but I guess since it means they're sharing food and that can be pretty intimate, it makes sense, hehe!)
- possessiveness of wanting to keep her with him at all times, etc
- the little pet names in another language (I had a fun time looking those up, although I still don't know what mila moy means)
- obviously the bonding himself to her to save her life even without being certain that she would reciprocate, and giving up his throne to follow her (how sweet!)

- Your language and writing style. I can't imagine it would be very easy to write as though the characters live in a historic setting. I know it's difficult for me to avoid modern phrases/sentence structure in most of the things I do since I use them so often every day, so it's really impressive that you've constructed so many stories without big anachronisms everywhere! You might already be used to writing that way, but your talent for that definitely hasn't gone unnoticed!

- The story has been action-packed in addition to being fuelled with Jza's thoughts and hopes, so it's been great! I've read stories which are largely just action-packed, and while they can be awesome, they also sometimes leave me feeling like they didn't delve into the characters and their motivations enough. On the flip side, some stories are largely just character based - not much action, but focussed on how the character feels and their thoughts on the different events around them. I'm happy reading those because I usually feel like I learn something from those characters/stories, but yours was a fabulous mix of the two, and was really satisfying!

- I love the way everything ties into together, details are relevant, you don't leave unanswered questions everywhere, and just overall how much thought you put into your stories. Although it doesn't relate to Bonded, an example would be from "The Search for Cinderella", where you bring up the main character sliding down banisters in the first chapter (and it's not even a big mention), but then later it comes up again as a useful skill in Chapter 12. I just feel like your stories are well-planned and you're not necessarily just changing the direction of how things go on a whim (although you very well may do that, but it's certainly not obvious!), and that's a pleasure to read!

On the note of your Cinderella story: I LOVE your twist on the classic fairytale! It makes so much sense that it's a little crazy for the prince to have fallen for the girl after one night, and for him to be influenced by some magic spell after that. I seriously think it was an amazing idea, and I can't wait to see what you do with the rest of the story!

- I loved the ending, with Jza's worthiness to rule being noted and rewarded, rather than relying on her husband's prowess

Anyway, I thought you deserved the highest praise for your stories - they're so unbelievably addictive to read; you have an incredible way with words and such fantastic storylines, ideas and characters.
Thank you so much for sharing your writing!

I can’t believe it’s the end already! I’ve enjoyed the places your story has taken me, and the characters you breathed life into. Thank you! I may not have reviewed often (if ever), but I looked forward to every one of your updates. I’m happy with the way things ended and I think you made Tarquin’s character development believable. Bravo!

WafflesandUnicorn chapter 31 . 4/30/2019
For the love of- How on earth is her name pronounced? I've been trying to figure this out for thirty-one chapters!

Despite my continued stupidity of the pronunciation of Jza's name, I enjoy this story quite a bit. I wasn't caught up for a long time, but I just caught up within the last few weeks and I'm really glad I did. I look forward to the rest of this story.
Guest chapter 31 . 4/30/2019
Btw with these themes and violence I would bump the rating up to at least T
Guest chapter 31 . 4/30/2019
Omg yes! Finally! I’m always so bummed when I get to the end of your chapters and try to read them slowly to savor them haha... Loved seeing Tarquin get cow birthed on.
