| Mak Hertz chapter 4 . 8/16/2010 I think you've got a really great idea here. It's not an overused concept (at least not in my readings, though I am rather new to the fantasy genre on fictionpress), and it's well written. I'll admit there were a few times I've been rather confused, but I think that's part of the mystery of it all. And Jena sure doesn't ask all the questions I'd ask, but I also realize that's because you don't want us to learn too much too fast. I'm really enjoying this story and I can't wait to see what's next! Keep up the great work! Oh and I'm REALLY curious to know what Charles (and subsequently Jena) is. That's one of the biggest things I can't believe she's not asked yet. I know that'd be #1 priority for me. :) |
