cool story, interesting concept. I like it a lot. I suggest that you try going deeper with your characters- into their individual thoughts,their "voices" i.e. how they think and interact in the story, their experiances, that might give you new ideas to work off of,this is just a tip that I've found helpful.

Seems like a good start to a double plot story :). The contrast between Nikki and Kailey is very clear, but Dominic kind of lost his personality in chapter 3 :(. Other than that, keep it up!
