I really enjoyed chapter one but I enjoyed getting an update seven months later even more! This was wonderful...they are absolutely wonderful characters and they seem like they actually have a great relationship together.

And I loved that she punched Jolene.

Oneshots definitely have their place, but I'm with you on this one. Max and Laura are great characters and I'm really glad you posted this second chapter! I didn't notice any editing needed and I'm a big fan of cheese anyway, so I love it to pieces! Please don't say "never" to more chapters. I've written characters I love too much to give up too, and if something else comes, bring it on, I would love to read it!

I like them too...Andrea kinda needs to stay out of Laura's love life. No offense but home girl is a tad too biased to be calling pot shots at her best friend's boyfriend. This was good. I liked it.

Okay, I read Love first and then this. And I like them both but this one was the best. More realistic, I guess, because we don't always make the choices we know are the "right" ones, sometimes the feelings of the moment and the confusion that goes with them take over and that's where Laura and Max seem to be. I think they actually have more potential to last than Andrea and Troy do!
