one more thing- i have no idea if you were pulling this all out of your butt bc i have nothing to measure it with haha, but are you familiar with sailing/ships, etc? the details were really interesting and vivid!

omg i didn't realize you were the same author who wrote derek and serena's story until wayyy into this fic haha. i was like wait why does serena's maiden name sound so familiar? and then "peasant" - aha! loved grant and franchesca's story just as much as i loved derek and serena's. but seriously in the beginning franchesca's persistence in loving grant was making me angry bc he was SO incredibly mean and denigrating, and i felt she didnt have any self-respect when she kept throwing herself on him. but then when they were both home and the tables had surely turned... well, i much appreciated her characterization. i thought it was really believable, and i'm glad eric wasn't a complete villain in his depiction as a foil to grant. there were times i actually wanted him to get with franchesca, and if he had for sure loved her i think that might even have tipped my opinion in his favor. nonetheless, i'm glad the brat got the pirate prince of her dreams, they're made for each other!

This is my TOP favorite story! I love the two main characters and their love for each other! This is perfect and wish to know if there could be a little sequel of their future family if they ever had children after married I can't stop reading this over and over, I just love these characters and Francesca & Grant with their perks in their relationship was spot on! Just love it!
