I kind of expected somebody to freak out that he was cutting himself yet they treated it like it was a normal wound. However, since this is all in Aaron's POV, I will continue to imagine that Christian is having an internal freak out. The whole "it's for States" excuse is cute too. It will probably a while before he can actually tell Aaron that he likes him that way.

Aww, this chapter was sweet. I loved the classroom scene!

The whole meeting the family this at the beginning was kind of mild. I was kinda expecting more emotion from either Aaron or Ronald, especially Ronald. Maybe I'm judging him too quickly but I don't like him.

It will be interesting to see how you use the cutting as a springboard to other things like Aaron and Christian's relationship/friendship and just the whole mental instability thing as a whole. Jill's role will also be interesting because she was kinda bitchy there. But then again, I would be too if somebody interrupted the horizontal tango.

Seems pretty harsh to lay all that blame and responsibility on Jill. Girl needs to live some of her own life, and not just be a support.

Beast chapter and story. I look forward to the next installment.

I loved this chapter! It was great to see Roland and Aaron meet, and Christian's blunt 'madly in love' comment made me giggle.
