There's a frightening sense of inevitablity to weeve throughout this poem. You start off with telling us about it, the fact that they're going to get married no matter what, but it's what you don't tell us that creates the power. You don't tell us that the marriage will fail, you put across the power of it in your words. That's not an easy thing to do, so well done.
You also don't fall into the trap of the narrator confessing their undying love for the man, which is a good thing. Too many writers do that, and the fact you haven't gives a unique perspective.
