I absolutely adore how this chapter ended. That perfect confession and then the ultimate twist. Great writing, this reads like a soap opera, but in a good way.

This is such a sweet, interesting romance. Both characters are genuinely flawed and likeable. Love this.

Dangit this guy's life is so sad. Doesn't get along with his family, has a trash boyfriend, has trash clients, is contantly surrounded by the most obnoxious, wasteful, contemptuous rich people in the world. And hates the guy who's secretly in love with him.

I really enjoy your story. It's got a nice premise, nice dialogue, and nice characters. However, I think you need to explore a little more.

Why did you-know-who try to sabotage the event? Why is Felix so insecure? Why doesn't Alan know his best friend well enough to know he's not a cheater? If you were to go back through this and clean it up, you could professionally publish this in a heartbeat. It's a great story that happens to be a little rough still. All books spend time here. The trick is continuing to develop it.

If I had to identify the biggest problem holding this story back, it would be that I really don't understand Felix and his mood swings. Yeah, I get the surface story, but there's more there that I just don't see realistically. Why does he shut down so quickly? What does Max do that causes such total and unreasonable reactions?

Awwwwwwwwww! Geez, when I realized that the epilogue is about Felixs and Maxs wedding, and read the vows... I think I died from cuteness-overload with 32 cavities. This story is so nice, that I regret not reading it the moment I discovered it. Can you belive, I could have read this a week ago and didn't?! Yeah, miracles happen. I like the character development and the guys' wedding the best in this story :) (by the way, ever since the chapter where it was mentioned, I've been listening to Inspector Gadget theme song - the 10 hours edition!)

I loved, laughed, cried, felt annoyed, sad, overjoyed, confused etc along with Felix. I mirrored his every emotion, felt all of it tug at my heartstrings, and fell head over heels in love with Max, right alongside Felix.
I sleep happy tonight and I know I will wake up happy tomorrow, all because of you. Please take the last sentence as a purely platonic compliment on your writing abilities.
Keep writing. Keep spreading happiness. The world desperately needs it.

I feel bad for Max. Felix is horrible. All the characters rock except Felix and Martin of course. I agree with Joey that Felix doesn't deserve Max at all.

That was nice, a really sweet romance that made me smile all the way through it. It is nice to see Felix's life start to smile to him after all the crap he had to endure. And nice to see that rotten douchebag Martin the Moron get his just desserts. I fail to understand why he went to such lengths to sabotage a deal that would have paid a lot, just to get rid of someone he could have fired, but lets just say he is an asshole
