Thank u for not making this romance. I hope the next is a time skip to 30 y later with Jace and his old GF and their babies and Jace is stronger as he promised. I don’t want to read another chain of rape/torture scenes...

Wth this story is so sad...don't worry it's a compliment. I can tell from every chapter just how much emotion you put it in and it's so intense. I was always like "is he gonna get out is he gonna get out!?"
Thank god for Gary, he's a life saver. The whole family reconnecting thing is so sad and sweet. Don't worry, y'all can get through do this! And Jace's bullies...I'm glad they aren't like making fun of him being kidnapped like in some stories. And uh, Jace's girl love interest person (I forgot her name...sorry) I really like her and I ship Jace and her. May is so selfish tho, but I still like her since I know it must be hard realizing Talon doesn't love you and that your little brother got kidnapped by him. Update as fast as u can, but I know you might be going thro tough times so don't forget to take time off for yourself. Just so u know, even if you stop writing for six years or something, I'm not gonna unfavorite cuz I will have hope and reread it a million times

I'm really glad you did an update on this story! I would really like to see Jace and Talon meeting again now that Jace is free. I do think we didn't see the last of Talon. He' s a sick bastard but a great character to read more about!

Yay! Another chapter!
I'm half torn between a *squee* and feeling completely upset for how defeated Jace is right now! He is still that cute little innocent thing I saw in the first chapters, and now that he's recovering he's still that same little creature that needs to be hugged and loved!
But, still, he came home! He's back! And I feel totally bad, but again I'm torn between cheering him on and kind-of-sort-of looking forward to seeing Talon again. He's such an interesting character, I would love to know more about him. It's going to be so hard for Jace to see him in the court room! I wonder if he would be up for bail? Probably not if it's attempted murder... Gah! Anticipation is killing me!
One thing I love about your writing is the raw emotion that is so totally believable. While not too graphic, nothing is sugar coated and so...human. Your story really details the journey of grief, fear and trauma. For that, it's incredibly valuable and a rare talent to have. You don't gloss anything over, but give just the right amount of time and realism to detail when it comes to emotion and experience of your characters.

Oh my god, I'm crying. Just a few days ago, I was thinking of unfavoriting this, since I didn't think you would ever finish. But I held on, and told myself that even if you didn't, I would still read it again someday. I actually started re-reading just a few days ago. I kept thinking, "I wonder what happened." I don't remember a lot, so unfortunately, I can't read this chapter until I am caught up, but I just want to let you know that I'm so happy you're back, and so happy you're alive, and so sorry for everything that has happened to you. I can't wait to read this story again, and for you to write it.
