I LOVE this :) I like that Decadence isn't all emo-like (that most bad guys in fiction tend to be) for being who he is and doing what he does. He's a demon, he isn't supposed to be good. Doesn't mean he can't progressively get a little... well, better. Because man, poor humans! But even if he doesn't, I still like him. I'm hoping you do a Decadence and Hollis pairing (they're bond seems to be getting stronger, maybe.) Are you planning that? I hope so! Anyway, really like this. Very original and hooking.
