Anyway, I agree that it's still rough around the edges and seem rushed in some parts. However, the flow is good and the plot and characterization is wonderful. The way your characters handled their situation is not perfect but it really gave off something that I felt is real enough. I recently stumbled upon your work and goodness it was certainly a breath of fresh air. Not just this fic, the others are amazing as well. Hopefully, you'll continue writing more in fictionpress.
Still, I am wondering if there will be a clearer resolution between the three even though this is already an old fic... what you implied at the end ._. I really hope Kyourei and Hideki will be together _ even though it points to Itou being the ML in this fic.

Seriously, this was an absolutely wonderful and amazing story. It kept me hooked and I was literally gripping my chest from all those painful twists and turns and beautiful, beautiful character development. I loved the complex Kyou—I never liked cold-hearted and angsty, poker-faced characters, but the way you portrayed him and expressed his thoughts was very realistic and intriguing.. I could relate to his thoughts at times, too. He was a strange, stubborn character that frustrated me many times throughout the story. Masaru scared me. He was also very realistically portrayed and I loved how you had such a carefully developed back story for him that lead him to the way he was now.. He was a very intimidating character and at first I assumed he was a 'tsundere' or whatever, but man, he really made me furious, sad, confused and strangely aroused at times LOL. Hideki absolutely made my heart break. That undying loyalty and that gripping possessiveness for Kyou that led him to abandon his dreams to follow him.. It strangely made me hate him but adore him as well. At first I had thought Hideki was the real villain and was all out for Masaru and Kyou, but when I delved deeper into the story I realized that he had his own reasons for being that way and I understood and felt pity for him. I was disappointed with the ending, but also quite content. That last chapter cleared up things, mostly for Kyou and Hideki, but Masaru seemed miserable.. Strangely, I was satisfied although you left that very big cliffhanger there. It made me feel as if it wasn't the end for Masaru, and you left it off in a way such that it was still an ongoing story within their very complicated lives. I liked that. A lot.
I'm just confused as to why there aRE VERY FEW REVIEWS ? Like, it makes me upset that stories as awesome as this are under appreciated. But, great, great work.

Seriously why aren't there more reviews for this?! Anyways I finished and that cliffhanger was extremely painful. I wish it was more resolved in the end because I really like the development in the characters! Keep writing it's great!

Sorry, I know you've probably LOOOONG forgotten this story but I can't read an entire story and be mesmorised the entire time without saying something!

I loved this- really didn't think I'd get into it but loved every chapter. I was really rooting for Hideki though...so maybe I'll make up my own ending in my head so I can sleep XD you really painted a picture of so many stories and thoughts, their morals and feelings- every character had their own story. *sigh* loved Hideki though...don't know why :D Anyway- THANK YOU for such an awesome read!

My first reaction: What a tangled web our lives weave. Lies, deceits, omissions. Broken (or should that be nonfunctioning?) people trying their best to make their way through life.

I really enjoyed the shades of gray in this story. Doing good things for selfish reasons. Doing bad things for noble reasons. What is right? Everything is influenced by expectations of self, of others.

The ending was abrupt. It felt as if you wanted to end this suddenly so wrapped it up in one last chapter. I think it was meant to be one last gasp, the last desperate try, the "no, please wait!" moment. I'm not sure it succeeded, although I can see your intent. Unless it was meant to be ambiguous, in which case, good job.
