Bond x Lei chapter 1 . 11/30/2010
Hello!

Okay, right off the bat you've got a few spacing, spelling and punctuation mistakes. These are common and could be just missed keystrokes. Make sure to double and triple check what you're writing!

A few examples so you know what to look for: "to clean it abit" "to clean it a bit". "small and danty" "small and dainty". "didnt" "didn't". (Most of the times you needed to do a contraction with not, the apostrophe is missing.)

"I didnt want to brake it" -this is the wrong brake. There are two types. Brake is like the brake in cars or bicycles. Break is where you break a bone.

Also, you have a lot of run-on sentences. Sometimes those pauses in your mind should be periods, not commas. For instance: "She pulled it away from me, to clean it abit and wrap it in a white cotton blanket, but then she came to my side and held her arms out to me, the bundle still securely held in them." This could be broken up like: "She pulled it away from me to clean it a bit and wrap it in a white, cotton blanket. Then she came to my side and held her arms out to me, the bundle still securely held in them."

(This is all the first paragraph, by the way.)

"aswel" "as well." " tony" "tiny" (but I understand this is a mistype. Also, " stareing" "staring." You drop the E. Make - making. Take - taking. "abserlutely" I'm not sure if this is because where you live has an accent and you sounded it out, but the word is "absolutely." (And I don't mean this offensively.) "qiuetening" should be "quieting." "preseagier" is the most inventive way I've seen "procedure" spelled, :)

I could continue correcting these, but I'm not going to. I'm not your editor.

About the eyes, the simile of the baby girl's eyes being like sapphire encrusted diamonds made sense (though i think you might've meant blue diamonds?) but the "on a ruby stone" part didn't make any sense whatsoever to me. Eyes are white not red, right?

Just as a heads up, though it wasn't necessary to write out, there's the afterbirth then you get all comfortable and stuff. Also, a lot of healthy babies don't cry for the first couple hours-after they've gotten over being born that is. At least, this is as far as I know.

Also don't think that babies get fed and changed within an hour of being born. Food/milk doesn't go through anyone that fast.

I'm sorry if I sound cruel, I'm not trying to be. The errors made it difficult for me to read, but it isn't like you've got a bad story. I'm interested in seeing how this plays out, but I do hope that future chapters are more looked through.

Keep writing. (And keep a dictionary at hand!)
