I'm not actually done reviewing and reading your work...:P Prepare for more!
This was so AWESOME! It reminded me of a famous story, about a physically incapable peoples' group being in a race. One person tripped and fell over, and instead of continuing, everyone turned back and picked the person and they all crossed the finish line together...
This haiku is SOOOO exactly a summary of the story. And even keeping that aside, it's so very true, the haiku. Perfect. I can't even begin to explain how beautiful I thought this was.

I love how you split everyone to emphasise the one. THis was really lovely, it really evoked the spirit of the special Olympics for me!

I loved the alliteration here because it gave this haiku a more poetic feel than most of its genre usually attain. However, I didn't like how you made 'every one' in the first line appear as two separate words because the more correct way is just one word, 'everyone'.
