Woo so I've just finished reading Amber and Astaroth's story after Deal with the Devil II... All I can say is that if I had read this before DWTD II, given the (unhappy and open-ended) ending of this, I know I wouldn't have been happy! That ending was just so melencholy and sad, huhuh. At least in Deal with the Devil II you see the aftermath of Amber and Astaroth's story, which turns out that they did get their happy ending! And they also ended up living in a tropical getaway as Asty had had hoped, haha!

I think I like this story more than Deal with the Devil. l found it easier to warm up to Astaroth than Abbadon, to be honest - Astaroth was very charming and sweet in the second half of the book, and the way he took Amber out on escapades was just so sweet! He was an enjoyable anti-hero. Great stuff, hope to read more stories in the future.

Ohmyhh.. This is one sinfully good story.. I felt fear picturing the horror scenes, and at the same time through the way you soun things, I couldn't bring myself to dislike Astaroth.. He was such a charming anti-hero, ahha! Not even charming to me as a female (as I read, it was with a mix of love and hate.. I was loving the drama and the sprinkle of romance, but I hated Aster's atitude.., but I was on Amber' side, if she liked him, so did I lol)

I've really enjoyed this story, and hope that you can write a sequel to it at some point in the future. I also much preferred it over the deal with the devil, but that's probably because it was less squikky.
