It's a really good! It's one of those one-shots where you just can't seem to get enough of and despite wanting more of it, it ends and that's just you try to continue the story in your mind and not long after that, you can't be feels like writing a fanfic in your head. _

This is what I usually feel and do with the ones I enjoyed, like always. (Since, I'm quite fond of one-shots) However,with this one, I felt like this might be one of those stories (the one's that actually happen to you/occur in real life) that you can tell to your grandchildren. An account of a romantic encounter that might/might not have occurred. Hence, it feels sort of complete.

The summary really captured my attention. I was expecting something akin to what you said it wasn't and I liked that. As I read the part where she first says she hates the catcher in the rye I almost changed the page out of horror. I mean how can a character I had become find of do fast hate something so close to my heart:) thankfully I kept reading and I must say aside from that I loved this story of much that I'm commenting and about to beg you for a sequel of sorts or even a full length story. I'm usually just a lurker, out of the hundreds of stories I've read in not a thousand I've commented on a handful. What I enjoyed was the happiness it contains while still having a thoughtful note. Please let me know if you will take up my idea and write more for Charlie and milo! My username is GingerNeverDies

I loved this one shot, the characters were really well developed and the chemistry seemed natural. I would love to read more about Milo and Charlie.

Please let it be something more! It's exquisite as a one-shot (gah the now-ness and here-ness of it) but just goodness-you're-killing-me-here more! If you're not on FP anymore where can I follow you? May I even?

Charlie with the red riding hood cape! I've been looking for a red riding hood coat for a while and almost found one too but anyways- I like her. I really do. She's confident and witty and IDK there's something about her... the loving books of course too but IDK...just something. And her profession is very much an art! I love it. She's out there. Being herself and being awesome. Her expectations are her own and all that.

And Milo. I thought of Milo Ventimiglia's Jess who Milo kinds of remind me of. But anyways...

He's a crimescene photographer?! Screw you you brilliant creature you! Well he's certainly interesting. And kind of charming much? Could have easily been an asshole but so did not cross that line. The nerve. The quips. He just comes across as so genuinely interested!

This whole thing is like a dream. A balance of everything. The details you gave and their background and it's just a lovely little unfolding. I mean like his dad and her dad but really it's about him and about her we're learning. How'd you make it seem so easy? The writing, their conversation, the story. It's just...so so so plausible!

Have I mentioned the insanely gorgeous dialogue?!

I feel like I just got out of a movie theatre or something. A bit overwhelmed. Okay, a lot. Fangirling.

They so mesh well together though they're quite awesome as individuals. You made me go WTH OTP ALERT! I wonder how'd they turn out with a few more meetings or I don't know the rest of forever. Please let them hold more fascinating conversations together. And it was a solid conversation not even flirting at all.

And that ending! Wicked. Just wicked. And it makes one go WELL OF COURSE THEY'LL FIND EACH OTHER AGAIN.I don't know...if you found someone, had some awesome conversation like this with them, just clicked. How must that feel like! I'm freaking out and I'm just reading, didn't happen to me but I feel like this is happening to some people out there and this is just...GREATSPLENDIDSPECTACULAR

It's stunning. The characters are so intricate but they feel so uncomplicated though this interaction kind of is.

Oh, I absolutely adore this story. Milo and Charlie are wonderful characters that I'm loving already, and I really DO want to know why Charlie doesn't like the Catcher in the Rye xD
