How well is Gunnar taking this. He seems quite impulsive, breaking up with his girlfriend like that; I'd be hella pissed too. But Vance seems very down-to-earth so far to balance out the airhead Gunnar is. Nice start! I'm looking forward to seeing this unfold.

I'm writing this story where my main guy has orgy's on a large canvas filled with pain because he sleeps with this artist that uses him as a muse... yea... I promise it's deeper than that. Anyway, I love the painting idea. Genius!

Excellent, the narration definitely draws you in and you lay out the character's personality well yet you don't force the information upon the reader, allowing for a smooth yet quick rundown of Gunnar's personality.

Overall marvelous, I honestly can't wait for the second chapter.

Well, I'll be damned if your third person is not as good or perhaps better than you first. I also prefer third person, so I may just be biased.

This is good though. It's very hooking for a first chapter, and Gunnar is an intriguing character. I love when sexual frustration is portrayed actually.
