I Cant stand lila. Why dosent she talk with Keith about Victor. From the very beginning she let's it be a secret what's going on between them. And why dasa she believe everything that Victor says with out prove but when Franklin says something she doesn't believe it because he wasn't there?! And she is always giving in to Victor. I really don't like characters like that. I'm sorry but I can't ready this story anymore.

Lila is a slut. Period. If you love somebody you would never do what she did, even if the other person doesn't seem to care or open to you, she should have waited like you do for the person you love (or break up), but never cheating, that's just WRONG.

Ugh Victor is soooo well written! Huge fan of this story and the sequel, hence my rereading them! Have to say though, you did Victor so damn well. I've been, shall we say entangled, with some like him before and it's so frustrating. Some of the time you think he's sincere, and he really is a nice guy and on some level he really does care about you. And when you go out of your way to show the guy you like how much he means to you only to receive squat in return? Ouch. And then low and behold this handsome charmer comes along and lavishes you with attention? But wait...is it sincere? Or just a giant manipulation? And given how the sequel goes, it's really hard to say!

This is an amazing story! Ive cried and laughed throughout the whole thing! You are an amazing writer and I can't wait to read the sequel! I'm starting it now even though it's 3 in the morning and I know I won't stop reading for hours! Keep it up I know I'll enjoy the sequel just as much as this one of not more because I'm guessing g they end up together and that will be so cute and amazing ️

Ok. So I started reading this amazing story again, and I've noticed something. This money that Lila is giving Keith...are those that 5000$ he left her, when he was leaving for Japan?! If they are...that's just soooo sad.
Anyway...this is definitely one of the most beautiful and amazing stories I have ever read! So I'm reading it again.

You can be very descriptive in some ways, but lack in others. I'm several chapters in and I still have no clue what Lila looks like. Except she might be skinny. Yet you've described minor characters in full detail. So that's a huh? For me at least.

Jeez! I have tried to read this story quite a few times in the past and could never get over my initial dislike of the characters enough to continue. I'm so glad I pushed through this time! I hate reading stories where simple and arrogant characters never change or develop at all and feared that Lila and Keith would meet that fate but what a relief that they don't!

Ugh the scene with Keith and Dr Finch? When the Dr is having a go at Josephine for being the housekeeper and Keith is irate? I thought for sure he'd see then the parallel to the position he had put Lila in!

Jason is the best boss ever.

And Franklin? I fucking love him.

I'm a little confused as to why Keith didn't go to Franklin for details on Lila's whereabouts, I might be able to understand why he wouldn't think to go to Jason but I thought for sure he'd go to Franklin and then Franklin would think of Jason...can't wait to keep reading! Thanks for posting!

Good day! I have just finished reading your story aaaaaand i loved it! great job, dear Author!

Upon initially reading your story (when their relationship had started), I had thought that Keith would be the one who will be cheating in their relationship. Well, I was wrong. I never would have at first thought that Lila would be the one to cheat. Yes, Keith have been always giving her heartaches but to cheat is never an excuse. Just saying. I love your characters (and may have hated them at some point.. haha) and I it was nice seeing/reading the evolution of the characters (from a naive Lila to a fighter Lila and from a cold-hearted bastard Keith to a loving Keith). I could not wait to finish reading the sequel.

P.S. I really, really hate Victor. I sense trouble when you first introduced him.

I stayed up until 4am to finish this story... wow! So emotionally powerful and heart-wrenching with all the things Lila and Keith are going through. I'm also loving You'll Remember Me, keep up the great work! :)

I've got to say, not many stories on here would rile me up so much. Was reading this on my phone on the bus and I had my fist clenched shut just to prevent myself from blowing up and scream because I want to kill Victor so damn bad hahaha...

To be honest, I thought Lila would be stay naive all the way through the story and forgive everything Keith does wrong to her and then end in a fluffy HEA. I was wrong, and you were so damn right in making Keith and Lila's story go this way.

What I liked most was Keith's character development, where he changes from apathetic man with a jaded view about love and women to realising Lila was the one he loves. However sad it may be, my favourite part was when Keith was trying to tell Lila what she needed to do before he leaves for japan because despite deciding to leave her, it was obvious Keith still loved Lila. He was watching out for her when she will no longer have anyone to be with!

As for Victor, I've seen it coming that he would barge into Lila's life and try to make her go to him instead of Keith the moment Keith screws up (its rather cliche and this kind of development happen in a lot of things I've read/watched sorry). What I've not seen coming is the scheming he did that involved Ms Niyaga and that was so not cool. It was underhanded, especially when used against someone like Lila. I was glad that Keith realised his love for Lila through the encounter though, even if Victor is a bastard son of a bitch.

I'm looking forward to what you will be doing with Keith and Lila's relationship as two years is a long time apart from each other and it would be great to be able to see how you will be showing us their love will triumph despite all the wreckage you made them both climb out from.

If Victor is real, I would really, really, really love to skin him alive. What he did was seriously not. cool.

I love the way you showed us what kind of people Lilia Mae and Keith are. In this first two chapters you can see just how different their worlds are and their way of thinking is.
The first time I had read this chapters i really felt like that i know both Lila and Keith personally. Your amazing writing and creation of the characters is why the most people probably cried while reading this story-everything seems real and every character is someone every reader of this story knows very well.
