Reviews for The Fear
Cosmic Horror chapter 1 . 3/9/2014
An interesting exploration on the consequences of multiverse theory. That truly is a grave concern, and it would be a good thing to have a way of first seeing what universe your getting into, before getting into it.

Also, the image of Greco-Nazi's getting WMD'ed is a pleasant one.

Mem The Great chapter 1 . 2/4/2012
Wow... This is really amazing. It seems totally plausible that we would stumble upon that kind of technology by accident. I love the way the story progressed with gradually recapping the history of portals to telling the event which had the narrator so scared. I also love how the narrator wasn't afraid of inter-dimensional wars or a repeat of the Tokyo incident, but something with much graver consequences. Would you mind if I added this to my community?

Haloperidol chapter 1 . 6/18/2011
This is a good idea. However, the language is cluttered and the vocabulary is repetitive. A little too much is left up to the interpretation of the reader. There's a lot of the benefit of the doubt to give here as well. Yet that doesn't stop it from being slightly interesting. The Greek world was the best by far and this did leave me thinking about what might happen if this story weren't fiction despite its issues. Overall, it's not too bad. It just could have been polished a little better.
