![]() ![]() ![]() Screeched? Do rock drummers screech? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Why did you do this to me?! Over here with a friend asking me if I'm okay because I'm trying not to cry because of this ending! Please tell me you're gonna make a story or a drabble where Evan gets a happy ending?! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thx for making me sad and happy at the same time. Beautiful story! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow! I have been in this situation... I don't think you can write something like this if you haven't experienced it. I'm in shock. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This chepter is beautiful. It could be the end of the story... I am a bit scared to read further :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() This story is wonderful, and the relationships between the characters are great. The epilogue was so sad though, but it did show the harsh realities. The only think I had a minor problem with was that Cambridge University is in Cambridge, a city that is not London, and as far as I am aware there is no Cambridge Uni in London. However this is a minor point and in no way detracts from the excellent plot, other than to irritate my inner perfectionist. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, you really made me cry with that last chapter! Beautiful story, it really flowed well, and the end was just so sad but so perfect. |
![]() ![]() ![]() one of the best stories i've ever read. thank you so much for sharing this! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh goodness. I cried my heart out reading the ending. I'm glad they had time. It would have been nice to see Evan move on though. Great story. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is really beautiful beyond words :) and i have to agree with loving gay couples being parents... i love them too :) LOL I've always believed that love in a same sex relationship that lasts a lifetime is the purest love of all |
![]() ![]() ![]() Sh*t forgot to write something else in my review. The Epilogue. It killd me. It was so sad and beautiful and wondrous and real. I loved it, even if Xander died, I still loved it. It was real because death is, everybody dies and death doesn't discriminate and that's Xander and his sister, doesn't matter your age, race, or inner self, death will take you anyways. Beautiful story. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, after pulling two late nights I've finished (I mostly only read at night). What can I say? You have grammatical errors, it wasn't the most original story out there and some things were too rushed, too unreal, but I loved it, and you know why? Because your words connected to the emotions portrayed in them. Your story made me excited, made me nervous, made me angry, made me cry and made me laugh, and that's the clue to writing a good story, for everything else there are editors. I loved your story. I loved Xander and Evan. And I think that Mason should have had a bigger role, I think that the confrontation with Evan's parents should have been stronger. Your story wasn't perfect, nothing is, your story was real and that's better than perfect. I loved it, I applaud you. R.P. Ann. |
![]() ![]() Your story is amazing... I love your work so continue writing. The plot was well thought out and it made me anticipate the next chapter (like when we went out of wifi) the end made me cry (of course) but that's okay because it was such a beautiful story. I'll wait for more of your work Merci |
![]() ![]() ![]() So, I finished reading A Reason Why, in one day no less:) Don't sell yourself short as a writer, you're really good. Your characters feel very real and easily to sympathize with. The use of cliff hangers was excellent, although I'm sure if the next chapter wasn't already written I'd go mad with impatience. All throughout this work, you as the author was able to pull on the heartstrings of the reader. Between Evan's need to cut himself, to Xander's sad diagnosis, all the way up to the end. The epilogue, I found to be one of the saddest and emotional parts of this piece. Obviously Xander dying was not one of the happy moments, but I found it so real and sad. Especially to have a daughter and then having him die, it's heartbreaking. Keep on writing, you have talent;) |
![]() ![]() ![]() I loved it. Absolutly loved it!' im not an emotional person but the end of this made me cry. Good Work :D |
