This is probably the 3rd time I've read this story and it gets better each time. It's an amazing story and you are a fantastic writer.

I never make an effort to review during my reading I always wait until the end.

Reading your first chapter I already felt a deep connection to Riley.

I was listening to music As I was reading songs that related so much to this. I want to cry and scream. I hate that Riley is feeling like this. I want her to pack her shit and say 'fuck you jax'' but... Its real. Its love.

Love is such a strong emotion and to see people throwing it away hurts. I'm so angry at Jax and I'm even at the point where I want her to be with James and make Jax hurt the way she is.

I'm scared. Literally I'm scared to keep reading, I so want a happy ending but at the same time I'm not sure of who I want her to be happy with.

Your writing invokes so many emotions in me that I thought I had long banished. Its a sign to me that you have an incredible way of writing.

I had read this story ages back and forgotten to mark it as a favourite. I'm so glad I found it again! It is such a well-written story and I actually felt my heart break with Riley's while reading it. Jax is right up there with one of my favourite FP heroes :) Keep writing!

This chapter really starts to show what Jax and Riley are or were. I love the flash back scenes the most. I also love how everyone is against Jessica.. even Jax! Go Riley for using her female weapons of suggestion and remembrance!

I just ran across this story today and I read it in one sitting.(ok, I may have got up to pee a couple of times) Your are an amazing writer and I hope to be able to find more of your stories. I laughed and cried with these characters and felt very close to them immediately. I agree with you about ALL of S.C.S.'s books, I have read them all. I must say that your story is every bit as great as those, actually, I really, really enjoyed this story so much that I wish it hadn't ended.

You know I applaud Riley for sticking with a man like Jax, I totally understand he has issues and I do have sympathy for him and part of me can also understand his decisions, do I think they are right? No, but I do get it, however, if a man had constantly broken my heart like Jax would Riley's then I probably wouldn't have been strong enough to give him a second chance forget third, fourth, fifth chances. I most probably would have ran the first time he broke my heart and tried to find love elsewhere no matter how much my heart yearned for him, and a part of me had really hoped that Riley moved on with Noah, I do believe that if given the chance Riley could have fallen in love with Noah and she would have been finally happy like she deserved be.

Jax doesn't deserve someone like Riley but he needs her because she's probably the only good thing in his screwed up life and now because of her he has two more precious people to love, but I can't help but feel that Riley's got the shorter end of a stick, she could have been with a man that would have loved her and not have broken her heart like Jax did but she isn't because she never really give herself a chance to fall in love with someone else, you may say that she gave herself chance while with Noah, but in my opinion she didn't she was constantly comparing him with Jax and wouldn't allow herself to fall for Noah. I guess what I'm trying to say is that Jax had the six months to see if he could fall in love with someone else, and Riley only had couple of days - I really wish you had shown more growth in Noah and Riley's relationship.

Maybe a part of me isn't all into Jax and Riley because I didn't see him trying to make up for his jackass-ness, yeah he explained himself but that's not making up for it - I think making up for it would have been him being the one to run to her instead of it being her running to him, he always ran from her so it would have been refreshing to see him chasing her this time round trying to prove that he does love her, not just by words but by actions - he's always said pretty words, but I haven't seen him follow it through with his actions.

Right now to me it seems as Riley loves Jax more than he loves her, and I guess I would have absolutely loved this couple if he showed and proved the fact that he loves her equally as much as she loves him, but he didn't so I guess i've just been left slightly disappointed.

I still loved the story though and I am glad that he finally stopped running away and is dealing with his issue's . I'm also happy that Riley is happy, although I still believe she deserves better.

Anyways great story, I really liked it even though parts of it made me tear up.

This is one of the best stories I have come across in fictionpress. I can tell you now that your characters will be staying with me for a long time to come. I loved Jax and Riley, James and Abby. There were parts where you had me close to tears which is a brilliant feat for a book :) Please keep writing! I think you ought to look into getting this published too. It's a really good story!
