Aww Maya used to like River back then but Nick got in the way. The last scene was hot and made me think she should stay *winks. However, I know you dear writer you won't make it easy for them. Maya will probably say c*ckblocking sh*t like, "oh I can't leave Greg with Hunter" riiiiiight? XD

Hunter is like a character that was ABSOLUTELY written under the influence of acid. No pun intended. Actually...Pun intended. Yeah fark it. He wanted the pain so boy did I rejoice when Mae punched the living sh*t out of him. I'm going to start calling her Mae because I like River and I want them to be together SO BAD you have to make it happen SOON.
Ok can we talk about Mark? There's something about him seems appealing to me. I like how you shown little pieces of the supporting characters' story. Now I want to know more about Mark and Elvann.

Must be from the previous version of this story but oh well just letting you know how happy I am that you're back on FP. I myself haven't been around here much just once in a while out of boredom. Haha!

So where do I start? You changed the title! When I received the email, I was like, I don't remember subscribing to this story lol. I don't remember much about the previous version because come on this story was published like 9 / 10 yrs ago. But I do remember River, Maya and Hunter. There was supposed love triangle between them. There was Mark and Nick and wasn't River a manwhore in the previous version? lol thats all I remember. Then I reread this version and seems like all the characters matured somehow. I know this has no corelation to the previous version but that's just my feelings!

I hated River back then because of his manwhorish way but now Im rooting for him. He's so swoon-worthy here! I saw one of the reviewers picturing Mathew Noszka as River and I'm like f*ck yeah he fits the look! As for Maya, I liked that you make her strong-headed but I do want to see her make a move on River because seeing their push and pull sort of putting me on the edge hahaha. I think the family conflict brings them together huh? I like the last part when River said "But we have each other." *swoons*

I'm going to be honest Hunter's pov in this chapter is funny and quite disturbing like there's this dark humour vibe you put in his thoughts. It just makes me think he's such a complex, interesting character.

Did I mention how much I adore River? I think I mentioned it in every chapter. I plead not guilty (:

This chapter awww hold on while I swoon for a sec. Gosh River is swoony. But really I don't think you'd make it easy. I sense something is on the way.

I never knew Hunter would go violent. I want to know what was going on in his head when he knock the snot out of Gregg and River. I also want to see what Maya would do when River is having difficulties dealing with his brother now that we've seen how he reacted when Hunter had gone violent to her.

I was wondering why the title of this chapter is Blood.
Then I get it. Blood, violence and rage...all in this chapter.
Remember I mentioned in my previous review that Hunter might be my new favourite? Well, I f*cking hate him here. River should’ve just finished him off because I think he was cocked out of his mind.

And gurl can we talk about that kiss at the end of this chapter *sighs* Thank you for listening to your readers! Looking forward to see how they would react to each other after the kiss.

Sigh. The first scene was hot but the other scene when they were listening to the song together and he got his arms wrapped around her...it was beautiful. I have no other words for it. The lyrics seem fitting as well. I listened to the chorus part while reading the scene.
This is definitely my favourite chapter of all and I think this is just a build-up for what will come in the next chapters.

Omg I can't believe I spent 2 hours reading 8 chapters and it was quite a cycle for me. I liked the fact that your writing style differs from one story to another. This one is light-toned compared to the dark atmosphere of Finding Paradise (ehem when are you going to update that one?), but more mature in comparison with Adam & Eve.

More people spend their time online nowadays because of the pandemic. While my country is slowly easing out from the lockdown, I'm still being held back from my job because of the risks and I have nothing to do at home but read and watch netflix all day. I'm so glad that you're back on FP because you're one of my favourites here and I always go back to your stories whenever I feel like reading. Please continue! You have my support!

Aww I want to give River a hug because he was so broken from Ralph's doings, but at the same time I want to slap him for letting that skank (seriously I forgot her name lol) clinging on him like koala when Maya was sitting next to him. I'm glad he pulled away when the b*tch tried to kiss him though.

Ok. I might have been wrong about Hunter. For the first few chapters, I assumed he was probably going to be the OM in River and Maya's relationship but I think this chapter just put an end to that thought. He definitely sees Maya as a 'sister' giving that he was slightly repelled seeing her in her sexy costume.
My favourite part right now about this story is Maya's hidden feelings towards River ;)

Why oh why you always put that sensual tease towards the end of the chapter? xD
Honestly at this point, Nick is very weak at his game. He did nothing but following maya around like a sad dog.

I'm glad you give us some backstory on other characters like Ralph and Gregg. They're so broken. Maya and River both have family issues. That's sad. I'm guessing that huge part of this story will be like these two coming together finding ways to deal with their family demons while falling in love with each other. Am I right? I'm making assumptions again xD
