Lovely poem! I like the progression of it, from fear to finding land, and the recurring imagery of sunlight and illusions.

I love the personalization of words, Reason, Emotion, etc. I enjoyed the effect it adds to the poem.

"Hope is being brandished like a flag," - I love this line.
