I just finished reading this story and I really loved it, but I fucking cried my eyes out when Cassian died T_T like my nose was running and everything. So I just spent the last 7 hours straight reading through this piece, because I love it and I think it's amazing! I know a story is good when I stay up until 6am because I can't sleep without knowing how it ends! You did a great job!

Your style is really cool, and I love the way you write! I find it really difficult to write action, and I don't often find authors who can write action well, but your action scenes are great! The pacing is good and there is just enough description to get a sense of what's going on, but not so much that is bogs down the speed of the action. Love it! In general, I like how your style isn't over burdened with details/description. It's not sparse and lacking in substance, but it's not bulky and weighted; it's lithe and lean, and it fits really well with the content of the piece.

I normally don't go for supernatural fics, but I love the world that you've created! It's a very interesting spin on some old ideas, and I found it refreshing to read! You gave just enough information to understand how things work and what's going on without boring us with details (another thing I liked with how your style matched your material).

Your character development was super great, and I loved the personalities that you've painted for us! The characters are what really draw me to any piece, and what you've done is great! Cassian is fantastic! I love his cheekiness and his humour, and Laec is great - a cool guy with a big heart. Love him!

OMG I ALSO LOVE WHAT YOU DID WITH THE PLOT! Your plot development and the plot twists - SO GOOD! The way you wove the story and the events - I really loved it! Major props to you for having the balls to kill off one of your main characters! I really respect authors who can bring themselves to do it. The plot was well done! And the sex scene - OMG! HOOOOOOOT! SO GOOD! XD

I'm not sure how I feel when people review chapters when there's still like a good more ahead of them but I wanna just put down a guess on something just to see if I'm any where close to right later on-if it's revealed that is.

He's familiar with the genetics floor because he was experimented on? Why Jack wants to kill him now is a little fuzzy...but this shall be my prediction!

The sex came a bit fast. I would have liked it if you spread out their relationship/comradship a bit more before you had them engaging in sex but it is your story and maybe you have a grander plan than their relationship.

It was nicely written, nonetheless.

So I know I still have like 25 more chapters to read but I guess I want to just pop in every once in a while to share my thoughts! :)

For one, I thought it was going to get really messy with the Alternate Reality Cassian and Laec but you pulled it off and made it have a purpose so that's good. Not sure if I'd be looking forward to seeing those two again because of how much it confused me to actually have to read who is saying what but I'll see in the next few chapters.

I like the originality of the story, I've yet to read another like that and it definitely helps that Laec and even Cassian are so fun to read about, their reactions and such.

I think this is a cute story so far and I can't wait to see how else it develops :)
