I really like this one! It's really cool how you personify the trees.
| Bob Story Builder chapter 1 . 3/8/2016
Reminds me of an Irish legend called the king with donkey ears. What happens is that a barber every year cuts the king's hair in such a way to hide the ears but put to death right after so not to spill the secret. One barber is selected for the year and his mother begs the king not to kill her son. King is merciful but barber is troubled by secret he must keep so druid suggest talk to willow tree about it. That willow tree is later cut down and fashioned into a harp that tells the king's secret during a feast. King thought everyone be horrified but no one was and lived happily after. Trees are good friends I take away from this poem. Not bad for on the spot write up.
