fucking love banjos ;) lol just saying! i am inlove with this fic, but i gotta say i really cant wait for more time with griffin! he is such a cutie lol plus, chase is kinda an ass for always beating them up... i hope u do more with griffin and his friends because that truth or dare part was fantastically awkward lol just an idea... maybe have griffin come along for the 'date' so its like a brotherly outing and then simon can see how horrible chase can be to his baby bro...

Wow. I'm looking forward to the next chapter. XD Chase makes me a little uncomfortable; he's kind of pushy and very mean, but...I don't know. Knowing that he can be gentle to Simon makes me want to go AWWW because, y'know, those pushy/mean/evil/cruel ones who become gentle when it comes to someone they love totally makes me swoon.

Griffin's pretty cool. I feel bad for him for having a threesome with his friends and feel sort of humiliated about it. I hope things start looking up for him soon. Ah, here's my favorite line out of all the lines in this story:

"I open my eyes again and felt Chase kiss the top of my head. It was strange and I'm sure looked odder to Griffin. Chase never showed affection, the only people he kissed were his boyfriends or mom when she left for the weekend and that was more of kissing the air next to her as he set his cheek on hers.

Griffin's face was priceless. I think the mushy side of Chase was freaking him out. He was staring at us like we were from another planet but I can't say I wasn't amused."

Okay, so those sentences weren't exactly ONE line, but meh. My favorite part out of the whole story so far has to be that one. XD

Oh, I thought you HAD abandoned this! I'm glad you haven't! I don't know if it's just me, but Chase is kind of an arsehole. I hate him.

However, I really like Griff. He and Simon need to hook up :)

Also, Griff seems REALLY uncomfortable about the threesome thing. Did something else happen? Maybe we could have a chapter from his P.O.V explaining? :)

SO glad u updated. I was having a rough day but as I soon as I saw u updated it made my day so much better. Its getting pretty complicated with griffin. Can't wait to see how he will react when he finds out about chase and Simon,

Another great chapter. You are very talented when it comes to creating believable characters. I find that the behaviour of Simon and Chase in this chapter reflects really well not only their attitudes and inner feelings toward their incestous relationship but their personalities as well.

Chase seems to possess a very domineering nature and, as a person used to always getting what they want, keeps on pushing Simon into deepening their relations on both sexual and emotional level. At the same time the uncertainty he faces, the lack of control, frustrates him even further and slowly leads him into losing his emotional balance. Therefore the slightly psychotic actions.

Simon on the other hand is still stuck in the middle like the middle child he is. His tendency to avoid confrontations and laid back personality makes his attempts to get out of this predicament at best half-hearted. The sense of wrongness, the lust, the fear, the adoration for his older brother all mixed up together leave him guilty, confused and lost. Neither does he possess the courage/determination needed to end things with Chase nor is he accepting of and fully enjoying them.

And that is exactly what differentiated this story from all the other brothercest fiction that I've come across so far. Neither is it rape (but rather coerction) nor is it a love-conquers-it-all-I-don't-give-a-damn-that-you-are-my-brother situation. I really can't predict where is this story going. How far will Simon let himself be pushed before or if he snaps? Will the lust shift into something more? If at any point he finally refuses to continue how will Chase react? It just makes me want to read more.

As for Griffin - he and his crush on Simon so far seem to be working well at adding some lightness and fluff to the story. It seems to counter-balance all the angst and intense tension that Chase brings about. I kind of wonder where you are planning to go with this thread since I can't picture Simon falling for Griffin. Hmm, it would totally mess him up, yes.

Anyways, as you can see from the sheer size of my review I thoroughly enjoy reading this story so I am very happy to know that you decided to continue with it. Great job and I'm looking forward to the next update!
