I wonder if Hera's groupies are goddesses with an offshoot of Hera's powers but small time. So like tribal goddesses of marriages or hearth and home and the like.

['Details,' Thor snapped down at me, and he almost sounded concerned, 'sea monsters in the bathroom?' he quipped, then his voice seemed to die in his throat.]

I love how she calls Thor Hera's 'possible/semi-/half' husband, lol.

Well isn't this a random time for her powers to decide to start acting up. Although it's a good thing since this strange tree business did manage to keep her from feeling a chair connecting with the back of her head.

[I saw it all at once. Every detail.

I put up a hand, grabbing the chair leg and stopping it in place an inch from my face.]

Before she would've noticed every detail and focused in on the grains or something and gotten whacked, now her noticing the details has sped up her reaction time. Interesting.

And I wonder if the pain she's feeling is her memories trying to come back to her, but she remembers the past so maybe it's her power increasing? or possibly her true power trying to form?

It must suck that every time she manages to use her power for something she ends up unconscious right afterwards, lol.

I loved this chapter! Hera is such a bitch, and I'm liking Officina more and more. Thor is just being a bearded, over-grown child, but he's growing on me too. Is the goddess of details developing more power? It seemed like the wood from the chair was talking to her there. Interesting... very interesting. Definitely looking forward to the next update!

I actually really like that he never saves her.

He lets her fall, makes her work for it.

He keeps her from getting seriously injured (or death) but puts her in a position where she has to save herself.

I think if he didn't she'd resent him and take it as arrogance.

i just started reading this story and i got to say that it is extremely well written. i love the way you have portrayed the characters and how the chapters seemed to be planned out and edited in advance. also greatly appreciated is the length of the chapters, they're not scrawny things that im used too. i like the feeling that the story when being updated has already been finished and that real thought has been put into it rather than the vibe of a half thought out chapter thats just been invented on the spot. what im trying to say is i like how it feels like its alredy a completed paper back book, only u are kind of giving us the chapters at ur own pace, the pieces fit and together the chapters mesh and relate well. i cant tell u how disappointing it is when u read a chapter and theres a lack of purpose, the characters personalities are inconsistent because the author is going a spike of emotion due to the stress of having to quickly crank out an update. i dont mean this to be a bashing of other authors im just realy exited for this story.

As I do every story you write, I love this one. You write the most wonderful characters and come up with the most original story lines. I'm really enjoying the story's pace and the development of/between Officina and Thor.

I've been contemplating buying a Kindle or a Nook, and seeing that you have some of your stories available for Kindles was a huge mark on the pro's list for buying one. I'd love it if you put some of your stories from Muscular Kevin up. Gladys the Guard was definitely one of my all time favorite stories on FP, and I was sad to see it go.

As always, I can't wait to read more!
