Reviews for The Foundation Facade
Guest chapter 1 . 11/27/2011
AppleCrumble recommended this to me and i agree with her, it's a really well-written, thoughtful poem. I love the ongoing metaphor of of politicians been fake and made-up (i think) and especially the lines:

'Eye-shadow to dust in the creases and lines

To smooth over, make pretty the disaster signs'

and also

'One hand manicured, holding out cash

Another grubby in your pocket, restocking the stash'

a really good poem written beautifully and i agree so much with the sentiment, hahah. :D

I loved that poem! It's quite beautiful and it really gives the feel of politics, at least in my eyes it does. You've written some very powerful things there. I must say, I'm a tad jealous. ;)
