This is beautiful. I love the pollen/hope metaphor, and I like how you use the idea that "being in his presence makes me forget that bitterness exists." I wish I had someone like that just now.

I like this a lot. I really, really like this a lot. There's a sense of infatuation and child-like wonderment here that I find almost unbearably sweet. My only issue is: why on earth is this categorized as a poem?
