It was a great story, thank you!
I do agree that pacing may need some work. Reading the last 15 chapters, I found myself bored a bit a few times, when there is too much exposition or dry listing of events. You seem to do this a lot in the later part of the book - skipping the action itself in favor of telling what happened.
I personally don't think that writing a continuation is a great idea. I feel that without the time loop, the story won't be that interesting. One of my favorite parts of your novel - is that the loop allowed Zorian some insane power creep without being THE CHOSEN ONE. Simply through practice and exploiting infinite money and cheating with people connections. But at the same time the world stays static, and allowes them to compare their growth against threats that seemed impossible before.
But if you continue the story, it'll be just two Archmages vs some other Archmages. And I mean, OK, I understand that Zorian has some interesting life in front of him, and you've left lots of plot hooks for a potential sequel, but will it be as good? That feeling of cheating growth will be either lost (because enemies can grow too) or you'll have to turn them into THE CHOSEN ONES, i.e. make their growth faster than everyone else for no reason.
I think that at most you should write a few "extra" chapters. That are slice of life and completely unrelated to fighting anyone. Have Zorian go on a date or something. Have him confront his parents about Kirelle.

Five years ago, this was a story that lead me to this site. Now, half a decade later, I have yet to find even one other work worth reading on whole fictionpress. And yet I keep coming back. Once a month, like on a schedule, I keep coming back for this story, and for this story only. Now it is over. I thank you from a bottom of my heart. Thank you.

Many people consider this story to be one of the best available of its genre.

Your carefull additions of small details, coherence, study of the changes and their impact really sells the time loop aspect, and the personal psychological progression of the character balance the skill and power progression.

The alternance between slice of life segments/ details, low stake fantasy, high stake fantasy, and the character makes it a refrehing read. The fact that you have a mostly coherent and well though world, which also avoid the static world pitfall (the fact that you have events in recent history and manage to explore its consequences, including the names of the characters, or the reason of the school, is impresssive)

Do you intend to affect more than just the typos for your editing pass ? I know many internet author do that between online publishing and the paper version, correcting mistake, enrishing or simplifying part, adjusting the background.

It might not be needed though, as there are no world-building holes nor issues.

Thank you for sticking until the very end, and not disappointing with the ending in any way. What a great story.
